Change Password

Change PasswordThis will allow you to change your password.  Note that this will change the FTP and Control Panel password, but *not* the email passwords for your different email accounts.  To change the email password, use the Mail Manager.  Also, changing your password here will not change your Front Page password and if you change your password in the Control Panel, you will also need to change your password in your Front Page program.

OOPS!  I Forgot My Password!

If you forget your Control Panel password, please submit a help desk request.  We will send the login information to the email address we have on file for your account.

OOPS!  I No Longer Have Access to My Primary E-Mail Address!

For security reasons, we can only re-send password information to the email address we have on file for your account.

If you no longer have access to that email address, please fax in a copy of the account holder's driver's license to 775.295.4330.

On the fax, please include the domain name, new contact information (especially your email address) and a request for your username and password.

After you receive your login information, please update your contact information as soon as possible via the "Account Management" panel within the Control Panel.
