Explanation of Service and Pricing

Weboniks will develop a logo for your business for a flat rate of $150 per logo design.  At NO EXTRA CHARGE your logo will be rendered in two 256 color GIF formats: transparent & on a solid white canvas.  Your logo will be delivered to you via e-mail.

At the time you place your order you will have the opportunity to provide as much information as you want to provide about your site, color preferences, style, etc.

Weboniks also offers the following service related to logo development:

  • $35.00 - A TIFF version of your logo built at 300 dpi and at two times the size of your original logo. This file format provides offline printing ability and is a standard format in all Windows programs.
  • $5.00 - GUARANTEED storage and retrieval of your logo for LIFE. If you should ever damage or destroy your logo we will RUSH you a replacement set absolutely free of any charges - even if we have to recreate your logo from scratch!
  • $5.00 - A gray scaled version of your logo (from the original) for trade marking (TM office only accepts black & white).  A gray scale gif is also more suitable for printing on business cards and stationary.

Guidelines & Terms of Sales & Service

  1. First and foremost: Your email address and physical address submitted with an order or provided on the feedback form will NEVER be sold, given away or distributed to ANY online or offline enterprise. It will only be used for purposes of delivery of your logo files and for communication between yourself and the staff at Weboniks.com.
  1. We do not offer a money-back guarantee. Once a design is created, our time spent on the project is unrecoverable. Rest assured we are very fussy during the design process and over 85% of our logos are accepted without need of further revisions or re-works.
  1. In the event you need further work on your logo we offer very reasonable fees as follows:
  • $10.00 for gif package revisions that do not require a new design or a complete overhaul of the original design.
  • $15.00 for tiff package revisions that do not require a new design or a complete overhaul of the original design. Revisions done on tiff packages will include copies of the revised logo in the gif files and grayscale files as well (if you ordered this option).
  • $25.00 for a new design of a gif logo previously ordered.
  • $35.00 for a new design of a tiff package previously ordered. Please note that the general tiff package runs $60.00 for the original order and as stated, runs only $35.00 for subsequent new designs.

As you can see our low-cost service depends on an ala-carte fee schedule integral to a successful business model at the prices we offer.

  1. If, after placing your order, you decide you want to cancel your order you must contact us immediately to see if we have begun work on your logo. If work has begun on your logo then we cannot refund your logo fees. If we have not begun work on your logo then we must charge a five dollar ($5.00) processing fee to recover our administrative costs incurred to that point. This fee will be debited from the amount we credit you (for instance if you ordered a 25.00 logo you will be refunded 20.00 of that total).
  1. If, after placing your order, you give us additional instructions in subsequent emails we will try our best to intercept these instructions and implement the additional information - but we can't guarantee this, especially if your design has already been started and/or completed. In this case you will need to go through our revision and rework procedure with their associated fees.
  1. We do not offer multiple drafts of your logo to choose from. You will receive one design per order. At times, subject to our own discretion, we may give you extra files with slight color, size or other kinds of variations for no extra charge. If we provide you this on one order we are not liable to provide extra files on subsequent orders or to other customers you may refer to us. Again, giving you 'extras' may occur and are not available on request and this is entirely at our discretion.
  1. In those cases where we have made a spelling error on your domain or product name or on any other part of the logo we will provide a no-cost fix for the spelling mistake. To obtain this type of correction contact us informing us of the mistake and we will correct it and get it back out to you as soon as possible.
